- ILC : (Improvement Location Certificate) shows record property boundary line, existing improvements, and locates existing pins. Often required for closings and after construction.
- Alta Surveys: A land survey usually made for a Title Company and/or Lender with survey and location data needed for issuing a title or mortgage insurance. For this purpose a map is drawn to “ALTA” specifications. "ALTA" stands for American Land Title Association.
- Construction Staking: Laying out new construction such as roads and buildings. Set reference points for the project.
- Pin Locates: Locate and mark the existing property pins.
- Land Survey Plat: Locate and verify existing property corners and set missing corners.
- Improvement Survey Plat: Locates all improvements on the property, locates property corners, boundary, and set missing pins.
- Topographic/Design Survey: Detailed contour map with grades and site features shown, as well as view corridors. Usually used in design and development.
